Experience
Cory Logan is Director of Client Services at CCA. She advises Fortune 500 executives on employee development, behavioral health, substance abuse, crisis response, work/family challenges and violence prevention. Ms. Logan ensures high quality service delivery for CCA accounts and facilitates continuous improvement of CCA best practices.

Cory's work in organization development blends her background in social work and group dynamics with her experience improving the productivity of teams. Her commitment to business outcomes combined with expertise in group facilitation optimizes team performance. As an executive coach she transfers her expertise to improve performance individually and collectively with the executive and critical stakeholders.

Cory customizes and delivers interventions in the areas of team building, conflict resolution, diversity management, 360 feedback, organizational surveys and executive coaching. She is also experienced in crisis management, violence prevention and employee health/wellness initiatives.

Prior to joining CCA, Cory served as Director of Programs and Development for National Student Partnerships (NSP), a non-profit in Washington, D.C., where she focused on developing programs that instill marketable psychological, behavioral and emotional competencies in underserved populations. Under her leadership NSP expanded to more than 10 cities nation-wide.

Experience
Debra Presti is Director of Counseling Services at CCA, where she leads a team of Masters and PhD level professionals who provide counseling and crisis services for thousands of EAP and Work/Life cases each year. Debra manages all aspects of CCA's counseling services -- ensuring high quality clinical service and excellent customer service for all CCA clients. She is charged with the efficient functioning of day-to-day operations, supervising a team of clinicians and managers and interfacing with other CCA departments. She ensures that CCA's counseling services are provided in alignment with the firm's goal of helping client organizations and their employees perform at their best.

Debra is a highly skilled, licensed clinical social worker who has been in the mental health field for over 25 years. Prior to joining CCA, she was Associate Director EAP in a program that provided services designed for clergy. Additionally, she has a held a variety of clinical positions in mental health and family service settings.

Experience

Jay Sandys is a seasoned clinician and manager with expertise in addressing personal and organizational issues and with over 11 years of diverse experience in the mental health and medical fields. As Assistant Director of Clinical Services at CCA, Jay consults with managers, supervises clinical staff, and provides direct services to clients. Jay is also involved with the execution of strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and quality assurance.

Prior to joining CCA, Jay served as Manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center where he managed a large team of professional staff, coordinated several programs, and assisted in organizational development as a trained Change Facilitator. In addition, he has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds in numerous settings such as mental health clinics, medical and psychiatric emergency rooms, and with crisis intervention services.

Jay is also completing his dissertation and is conducting research related to the evolution of the EAP profession.  He recently presented his research proposal at the national Employee Assistance Professionals Association’s conference.

Experience
Russell Correa, M.A., Ed.M., is a licensed clinician and Regional Director of Southeast Region for Corporate Counseling Associates. Russell was formerly Director of Account Services at CCA. In that capacity he managed the direction of the Account Services team and provided consultation to senior level HR and management staff on a host of organizational and behavioral health issues. He worked closely with HR clients, helping them address issues that impact employee performance, such as diversity, stress management, workplace violence, harassment, team building and dealing with change. Russellis also an experienced speaker and trainer who has presented on a broad range of topics at both Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. In his current role he secures and manages CCA's EAP & Work/Life and Consulting business in the southeast region, which includes Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining CCA, Russell worked as Project Director for a human resources consulting firm. In this role, he developed wellness strategies for his client companies designed to support employee health, professional development and well-being. He also delivered services in the areas of performance management, change management, human resources strategy and assessment.

Experience
Keith Baker is Manager of Behavioral Care at Corporate Counseling Associates. He is a licensed social worker with 15 years of clinical experience. In addition to his licensure in mental health counseling, he holds two credentials for substance abuse specific treatment and intervention. He has extensive experience providing group, individual and family treatment for individuals with addiction issues.

At CCA, Keith manages all aspects of behavioral health services including designing and implementing guidelines regarding authorization and utilization review processes.

Credentialed in substance abuse treatment, he previously worked as a counselor for the Hazelden Foundation in their Intensive Outpatient Program. He also worked as a utilization reviewer for a managed care company with educational, governmental and publicly traded companies as clients.
