Experience
Steve brings 15 years of diversified business experience to CCA. He is a strategist, executive coach, facilitator and creative thinker with clinical and coach training that help him support the human side of business. He has consulted to, coached and trained executives at leading organizations in the fields of aerospace, media and publishing, chemicals, financial services, consumer products and consulting. He has also worked with senior executives, managers and teams in a broad range of industries to build their businesses, people and cultures.

Steve was Managing Director for The Brand Leadership Company/Vivaldi Partners, a brand and business strategy-consulting firm that he helped conceive and launch. He was also VP of Cross Sales at Travelers Group, managed capital improvements program funding for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and held several management positions with the City of New York.

Experience
Paul has thirty years experience in business development and employment litigation, and has also amassed substantial expertise in financial institution regulation and compliance.
For 13 years he served as counsel at American Express Company, most recently as Assistant General Counsel, where he managed the legislative and regulatory affairs and real estate functions. He chaired an enterprise wide compliance task force that undertook a comprehensive review of virtually all compliance policies and procedures on a worldwide basis. As a result of an 18-month effort, the company’s compliance program was substantially revamped and a new Code of Conduct was implemented. Mr. Seader then served as counsel to a major Wall Street firm where he drafted and assisted in implementing regulatory and compliance enforcement programs on behalf of national financial services firms and Fortune 100 corporations.

During this time, he was appointed acting CEO of MoneyGram Payment Systems In this capacity, he was responsible for maintaining MoneyGram’s competitive position prior to its initial public offering. He oversaw, recruited and developed a large staff and was ultimately responsible for workflow coordination.

More recently, he was affiliated with a prominent litigation firm where he managed complex multidistrict employment and commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He is also the Executive Director of the Hedge Fund & Private Investment Resource Center; a private nonpartisan enterprise dedicated to research and education on issues of government, politics, regulatory oversight and supervision of hedge funds and other private investment firms.
