CCA Regional Director, Russell Correa was invited to speak at the      

" Employee Health and Development Work Project Learning Circle Meeting" sponsored by The Ford Foundation and The Families and Work Institute. The meeting took place in Miami on December 11-12, 2008. The focus was on demonstrating the value of an investment in employee health and organizational wellness.

On September 23, 2008, CCA Regional Director, Russell Correa and Client Services Consultant, John Levy along with Paul Feuerstein, Executive Director, Barrier Free Living presented to Human Resource Directors at the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies. The presentation title was “Keeping Your Staff Healthy and Productive: The Cost Effectiveness of Investing in the Well-Being of Employees”. The seminar focused on the value of investing in the health and development of staff and best practices on stress management.
