Robert Levy
President

Founder and president Robert Levy established CCA in 1984. Today the company is a leading human capital consulting firm with more than 200 clients worldwide.

At CCA, Mr. Levy combines his clinical and business backgrounds to direct the firm's clinical, training and consultative services. A certified clinical social worker, his expertise includes mental health/chemical dependency and employee assistance programs, and his previous experience includes: EAP consultant and counselor for Managed Health Network; Director of the Adolescent Day Hospital of New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center; New York State Drug Abuse Counselor; Narcotics Parole Officer; and field instructor for the Hunter College School of Social Work.

Mr. Levy helped raise the profile of EAP issues nationwide by founding and publishing two newsletters: The Human Resources Helpline and The Robert Levy Report on Employee Assistance. He received graduate and post-graduate training at New York University and the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis Training Institute. He also holds an undergraduate degree in accounting.

Steve Salee
Senior Vice President, Consultative Services

A results-focused advisor with 15 years of experience consulting to and working within Fortune 500 companies and governments, Steve Salee is a strategist, executive coach, facilitator and organizational consultant. In his role at CCA, he manages the coaching, training and consulting practice. He works with organizations, departments and individuals to develop organizational strategies, enhance teamwork and drive performance. Mr. Salee has worked with senior executives and managers at leading organizations in the fields of media, financial services, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and transportation to create and implement strategies that have built their businesses, cultures and bottom lines.  His clients have included Time Warner, Viacom, Boeing, Forbes, Conde Nast, MasterCard and the Museum of Modern Art, among others.

Prior to joining CCA, he was managing director for the Brand Leadership Company, vice president of cross sales at Travelers Group, and held several management positions with the state and city of New York. Mr. Salee earned his MSW at Columbia University, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He also holds a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia University and received his BA from Brown University.

Georgia Critsimilios
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

A licensed social worker and 18-year work/life veteran, Georgia Critsimilios joined CCA in 1990 and conducts market research and analysis to guide new product development and define target markets. She is actively involved in the HR community, attending and presenting at HR meetings, organizations and events. Ms. Critsimilios also hosts quarterly conferences for CCA's HR clients and prospects.

Prior to joining CCA, Ms. Critsimilios was an Account Manager and EAP Counselor at a number of other EAPs, including a large international managed care vendor. Her account management experience is extensive and varied, working with organizations in many industries located throughout the country. Her clinical experience includes providing assessment and short-term counseling for employees and family members. She received her Masters Degree from Columbia University School of Social Work.

Thomas Diamante, PhD
Vice President, Consultative Services

Diamante has 20 years of cross-industry experience in human resources strategy, change management and executive development.

He most recently worked at Merrill Lynch, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development; prior to that, he was Lead Change Consultant and Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting. Earlier in his career, he held human resources management positions at Altria, a Philip Morris company.

Frequently published in practitioner and research journals, Diamante holds a Ph.D. in industrial & organizational psychology from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. He is also a contributing author to books on leadership assessment, group dynamics, organizational effectiveness and management. He has taught for business schools at Cornell University, School for Industrial & Labor Relations, Adelphi University Business School and The Harriman School for Management & Policy at Stony Brook University.

Debra Presti

Director of Clinical and Counseling Services

Debra Presti is CCA’s Director of Clinical and Counseling Services, where she oversees a staff of over 20 Masters- and Ph.D.- level professionals to assess, counsel, and manage thousands of EAP and Work/Life cases each year.

Ms. Presti is a highly skilled, licensed clinical social worker and has been in the field for over 27 years. She has been with CCA for 10 years, most recently as Deputy Director of Counseling Services. Her commitment to ensuring excellence and high quality work extends from providing staff training and supervision to counselors and other CCA managers to direct service to employees.

Ms. Presti is also available to consult with HR liaisons and managers. Ms. Presti’s prior work experience includes EAP, mental health, and services to families and children. Ms. Presti received her Master’s Degree from New York University’s School of Social Work.

Russell Correa

Senior Consultant/Regional Director

Russell Correa, M.A., Ed.M., is a licensed clinician and Senior Consultant/Regional Director at Corporate Counseling Associates, Miami, Florida office. In addition to managing the overall direction of the Account Services team, Mr. Correa provides guidance to senior level HR and Management staff on a host of organizational and behavioral health issues in the workplace. He works closely with both local and national organizations, addressing issues that impact employee performance, such as diversity, stress management, workplace violence, harassment, team building and dealing with change. Mr. Correa is also an experienced speaker and trainer who has presented on a broad range of topics at both Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Corporate Counseling Associates in 2004, Mr. Correa worked as the Projects Director for a Human Resources consulting firm. In this role, Mr. Correa developed wellness strategies for his client companies designed to support employee health, professional development and well-being.

Mr. Correa earned his bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992. He completed his graduate work at Columbia University, where he earned an M.A. and Ed.M. in Organizational and Counseling Psychology in 1999.

Mary Ann Drury

Account Executive & Executive Coach

Mary Ann has been with Corporate Counseling Associates, Inc. in a variety of positions over the last fifteen years. As an Account Executive, Mary Ann directly manages more than 30 major accounts including Time Inc, Warner Music Group, HBO, The Museum of Modern Art and TIAA-CREF providing needs analysis, utilization reports, fitness-for-duty evaluations, coaching and consultation services to management and human resources.

As a seasoned clinician and expert in human behavior and the issues affecting the workplace, she advises human resources and management about best practices on a wide range of topics. Her expertise includes development of workplace violence protocols and policies including program design, implementation, employee communications and response to crisis and violence at work.

Mary Ann also delivers executive coaching to individuals interested in improving communication, interpersonal skills and the development of emotional intelligence in the work setting. She brings over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice to her consultative work. She specializes in addressing relationship problems, mood and addictive disorders utilizing a Gestalt approach to working with the whole person in a systems context.

Deirdre MacKenzie

Account Executive

Deirdre MacKenzie is an Account Executive and a licensed clinical social worker who has been at CCA for thirteen years. She has extensive experience consulting with organizations and business leaders on workplace issues including developing talented leaders, enhancing employee performance, planning and implementing interventions after a crisis and managing impaired employees.

Deirdre’s clinical experience includes working with individuals, families and groups from diverse backgrounds. Her areas of specialty include cultural adjustment, chemical dependency, trauma and coping with work related challenges.

Prior to joining CCA, Deirdre MacKenzie was an EAP counselor in the public and private sector and held positions in non-profit social service agencies as a therapist, supervisor and director. She has presented at corporations, non-profit organizations, conferences and the NYU School of Social Work.

Deirdre received her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Bard College and her Masters of Social Work from New York University.

Consuelo A. Murtagh

Account Executive & Executive Coach

Consuelo Murtagh brings 12 years of clinical and consulting skills to coaching managers and employees on a variety of workplace concerns including conflict resolution, managing professional perception, enhancing employee motivation, developing collaboration skills and cultivating teamwork.

Corporate Counseling Associates welcomed Consuelo in 2005. As an Account Executive, Consuelo directly manages Fortune 500 accounts including AXA Corporate Solutions, CIT, Ogilvy& Mather, Grey Global and New York University Hospitals providing needs analysis, utilization reports, manager consultations, coaching and consultation services to management and human resources. As part of CCA’s consultative services team, Consuelo develops and delivers skill building training for managers on performance in the workplace and provides executive coaching to our client companies.

Ms. Murtagh was a full-time staff consultant for nine years at New York University in their Faculty/Staff Assistance Program counseling and coaching faculty, physicians, and managers on workplace and personal challenges. She received her Masters in Social Work (M.S.W.) from New York University as well as Post Masters Clinical Training from NYU.

Cory Anne Logan

Director of Client Services & Executive Coach

Ms. Logan advises Fortune 500 executives to enhance the health, wellness and safety of the workplace. These consultations focus on employee development, behavioral health, substance abuse, crisis response, work/family challenges and violence prevention. Cory ensures high quality delivery of services for key accounts. At CCA Cory facilitates internal research and practice initiatives contributing to continuous improvement of CCA Best Practices.

Cory’s work in organization development blends her background in social work and group dynamics with experience improving the productivity of teams. Her solid focus on business outcomes combined with seasoning in group facilitation optimizes team performance rapidly. As an executive coach Cory transfers her expertise to improve performance individually and collectively with the executive and critical stakeholders.

Cory customizes and delivers interventions in the areas of team building, conflict resolution, diversity management, 360 feedback, organizational surveys and executive coaching. Cory is also experienced in crisis management, violence prevention and employee health/wellness initiatives.

Prior to joining CCA, Cory served as Director of Programs and Development for National Student Partnerships (NSP), a non-profit in Washington, DC where she focused on developing programs that instill marketable psychological, behavioral and emotional competencies in underserved populations. Under her leadership NSP expanded to more than 10 cities nation-wide.

Pam Kramer

Account Executive

Pam Kramer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Account Executive at CCA. She manages client relationships with over 30 client companies in a variety of sectors. She is an experienced presenter and trainer for employees and management on a variety of topics, including wellness and leadership development.

Prior to joining CCA in 2006, Pam was the Executive Director of Syosset Counseling Center and the Clinical Director of Inter-Care, both NY state licensed substance abuse agencies. In addition to her agency work, Pam has a private practice and specializes in working with organizations and individuals to promote physical and emotional health. Previous to her career as a Social Worker, Pam enjoyed motivating adults and children as a fitness instructor.

Pam received her BSW and MSW from Adelphi University and her post graduate education from The Suffolk Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. In addition, she holds a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a certificate as a Substance Abuse Professional.

Lorraine Moore

Consultant

Lorraine brings diversified business experience to CCA. Previous experience has encompassed large corporations across the U.K., France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Eastern Europe, India and China. These consultations reflect a variety of Human Resources Strategy and Practices.

At CCA, Lorraine’s areas of specialization include Talent Management, Succession Planning, Selection techniques, Assessment Centers, Competency frameworks, 360 feedback systems and Organizational Development. In addition, Lorraine’s experience includes development and implementation of organizational culture surveys and merger facilitation, organizational structure, employee attitude surveys, customer surveys and market research.

Lorraine has also counseled professionals in career transition assisting with career development, outplacement, executive search and individual coaching.

Lorraine’s experience reflects financial services, insurance, consumer packaged goods, pharma & medical, media, construction, utility and automotive.

Michael Portz

Account Executive & Executive Coach

Dr. Michael Alan Portz is an Account Executive at CCA with expertise in consulting, coaching, training and counseling. He manages client relationships with organizations in the financial services, non-profit, media, apparel and publishing sectors.

Prior to CCA, Dr. Portz worked for Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s corporate headquarters where he was part of a team of organizational psychologists who transformed a management, training and development division of HR into a full human capital talent management department. At Williams-Sonoma, Dr. Portz also participated in recruitment, leadership development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Dr. Portz holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.S. in business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds a certificate in executive coaching from the Executive Coach Academy. While at NYU, Dr. Portz participated in an Intensive Seminar on Japanese Business and Management (Tokyo, Japan).

Bob Separ

Consultant

Bob's experience includes a unique blend of executive-level business, coaching, training, and clinical social work. Bob’s executive coaching approach focuses on helping executives to ensure their growth is aligned with the vision, values, and strategy of the organization in which they work. He helps executives leverage their strengths while developing new

leadership behaviors.

Prior to his role at CCA, Bob has worked in senior-level marketing and sales roles in world-class organizations like GE, Morgan Stanley, and DBM helping them position and sell their services. In addition, he founded an executive and life coaching company helping individuals improve and balance their

lives and has provided counseling and coaching to individuals struggling with work related difficulties, family, stress, money, substance abuse, health, depression, and relationships.

Bob has participated in two prestigious management training programs: GE’s Information Management Leadership Program and Morgan Stanley’s Sales Training Program. He received his Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Computer Science from Boston College. He has also studied executive coaching at The Advanced Corporate Coaching Program at Corporate Coach University and sports psychology at San Diego State University.

Jay Sandys

Assistant Director of Clinical Services

Mr. Sandys is a seasoned clinician and manager with expertise in addressing personal and organizational issues and with over 11 years of diverse professional experience in the mental health and medical fields. At CCA Mr. Sandys consults with managers, supervises clinical staff, and provides direct services to clients. Mr. Sandys is also involved with the execution of strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and quality assurance.

Prior to joining CCA, Jay served as Manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center where he managed a large team of professional staff, coordinated several programs, and assisted in organizational development as a trained Change Facilitator. In addition, Jay interacted with multiple departments and provided consultation and intervention with diverse clients and families.

Mr. Sandys has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds in numerous settings such as an outpatient mental health clinic, medical and psychiatric emergency rooms, outpatient medical clinics, and with crisis intervention services.

Mr. Sandys is also completing his dissertation and is conducting research related to the evolution of the EAP profession. He recently presented his research proposal at the national Employee Assistance Professionals Association’s conference.

Leslie Davenport

Director, Provider Relations

Leslie Davenport, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health and EAP consulting joined CCA’s staff in 1990. For more than 15 years she has served as an EAP clinician providing individual, family, and group counseling to CCA’s clients. Ms. Davenport has created and conducted seminars and trainings for a number of CCA’s client companies and has delivered on site crisis intervention services. In addition, she established and developed CCA’s comprehensive international provider network and currently manages CCA’s Provider Relations Department.

Prior to joining CCA, Leslie was an EAP consultant at two other national work/life assistance companies. She has a background in substance abuse treatment and inpatient psychiatry. She was a staff therapist at a major substance abuse treatment program and worked at Bellevue Hospital’s Department of Psychiatry.

Leslie is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and received her M.S.W. in social work from New York University in 1985. She earned a four-year postgraduate training certificate from the Institute for Developmental Psychotherapy in 1995. Ms. Davenport has been a guest lecturer at New York University’s Graduate School of Social Work and has been on the faculty at New York’s 92 Street YW/YMHA where she has taught workshops for over five years.

Ellen Eiger

Counseling Supervisor

Ellen is a licensed psychotherapist with 25 years of experience working with diverse patient populations in a variety of settings prior to joining CCA; settings include inpatient substance abuse treatment program; inpatient and outpatient eating disorder program; private psychiatric clinic and 10 years full-time private practice all in Tampa-St. Petersburg, Florida.


In addition to providing individual, couples and family therapy over the course of her career, Ellen has developed and presented numerous trainings to both the community and mental health practitioners on mental health topics including eating disorders, incest and sexual abuse and parenting.


Ellen is a graduate of Hunter College where she completed her BA and MA in Clinical Psychology. Ellen also completed 2 years of advanced training in marriage and family therapy at the Florida Institute for Family Systems Training.


Ellen joined CCA as a full-time counselor after providing crisis intervention counseling services to trauma victims after 9/11. She is now enjoying her role as a Counseling Supervisor.

Jose Hevia

Counseling Supervisor

Jose A. Hevia is a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years experience in the mental health field. As a Counseling Supervisor at CCA, Mr. Hevia manages a group of eight counselors and also works directly with employees dealing with a multitude of personal and on-the-job challenges. For client companies, he oversees manager consultations and referrals,offers crisis interventions, conducts on-site seminars, and provides other
essential interventions. He also coordinates and delivers on-site Work/Life Services at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, including fitness-for-duty evaluations, short-term counseling and behavioral health consultations to key personnel.

Before joining Corporate Counseling Associates in 2000, Mr. Hevia was a clinical social worker at a Northern New Jersey community mental health center where he treated a diverse client population that included adults, families and children with a broad range of psychological, interpersonal and behavioral challenges.

Mr. Hevia holds a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work from The National Association for Social Workers and he is a member of the Academy of Clinical Social Workers. He received a BA in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University in 1982. He obtained his MSW from New York University in 1987 and is currently completing a post-graduate certificate in Psychoanalysis at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies. Mr. Hevia is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Kalpana Parekh
Assistant Director, Learning & Development & Executive Coach

Kalpana Parekh, L.C.S.W. is an experienced speaker who has delivered a broad range of on-site management trainings, wellness seminars, and critical incident stress debriefings to over 150 companies.

She has facilitated a variety of trainings and workshops such as Respect in the Workplace, Management and Leadership Training, Conflict Resolution, Dealing with Difficult People and Collaborative Relationships. She also presents a variety of seminars and group workshops on wellness, stress management, balancing work and life, dealing with trauma and grief, and coping with change.

Her clinical responsibilities have included crisis intervention, assessment, short-term counseling and referrals for employees and families. Ms. Parekh is also a stress management/yoga instructor, and brings to her training and clinical work an awareness of mind, body, and spirit. She received with distinction her Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
