A study of CCA’s psychological, emotional and familial EAP trends over a ten-year period was accepted by the Association for Psychological Science at the Spring, 2010 conference. The research was conducted by David Prottas, Ph.D. (Faculty Member, Adelphi University School of Business), Tom Diamante, Ph.D. (Senior Vice President, CCA) and Jay Sandys, LCSW (Clinical Director, CCA).

Performance Management: Research into Action received the R. Wayne Pace Academy of Human Resources Development (AHRD) Book of the Year Award. Tom Diamante, Ph.D. (Senior Vice President, CCA), was a contributing author. This textbook, published by Jossey-Bass, is part of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Professional Practice Series.
